Bachcare is a New Zealand holiday home accommodation company. Their curated collection allows customers to browse and book beautiful rental homes at all corners of the country, from the Far North to Southland and everywhere in between.
In addition to their consumer-facing offering, Bachcare has an owners arm of the business which provides holiday home owners with all the information they might need around how to list and maximise earnings on a property.
Bachcare has two different services for homeowners; a full-service management offering for those looking to outsource everything and the newest offering, Bachcare Host, which is for those who want to be more hands-on. They required a new website specifically for this arm of the business.

Bachcare needed a digital platform that would clearly communicate the two services available to homeowners, encourage listing enquiries (lead generation), and be optimised for strong search performance.
For this project we delivered an entirely bespoke Webflow build. The result is a clean, design-forward website with an easy-to-use interface and navigation menu, illustrations for pops of personality, and concise copy. The site requirements included custom integration with HubSpot CRM, a dynamic calculator that allowed users to see accurate earnings for their region, and an interactive map that provides users with relevant market information for their holiday home area.
