From its chic interior, blending New York loft and Parisian apartment influences, to its team of internationally recognised stylists, UNA creates a space where beauty feels personal and authentic.
Founded by award-winning stylist Kelly Manu, the salon has grown into a local icon and industry leader, known for its creativity, technical excellence and commitment to sustainable artistry. As UNA looked to elevate its online presence, they partnered with Made Studio to translate the warmth, personality and refinement of their physical salon into a digital experience.

We created a website that reflects UNA’s ethos of personalised beauty and expert care, presenting its services, team and story with clarity, confidence and character. The design balances a premium aesthetic with approachable, human-centred layouts that echo the salon’s blend of precision and personality.
Visitors are guided intuitively through services, lookbooks and the talented team behind each transformation. Rich imagery and considered typography elevate the experience, while content highlighting awards, editorial features and sustainability reinforces UNA’s standing as a leader in the hair and beauty industry. The result is a digital space that feels like a natural extension of the salon itself.
With many clients discovering and booking on the go, the mobile experience was designed to be fluid, fast and intuitive. Key information such as services, team profiles and booking pathways is prioritised for smaller screens, making it easy for users to take action without friction.
Responsive layouts, touch-friendly interactions and optimised imagery ensure the site feels just as welcoming and refined on mobile as it does on desktop, delivering a seamless experience across every touchpoint.
